By taking that step towards your soul’s calling, the rest will unfold with grace and flow.

I am here to be a witness, to ask the right questions so you can discover those limiting beliefs that keep you stuck. I will  introduce you to tools and  practices that will  help clear those blocks, illuminating  your path on this sacred journey to finding the truest part of yourself.

What is EFT?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is an evidenced-based intervention that has become one of the most powerful tools to we have today to address emotional distress as it manifests itself in the areas of health and relationships. The basic premise of EFT (also known as “tapping”) is that negative thoughts create a disruption in the body’s energy system which we experience as distressing emotions, such as anxiety. During a session, you will be instructed on how to tap lightly on the acupressure points on your face, hands and chest while being tuned into an emotional or physical issue, and this helps to release and dissolve the issue and balance the body’s energy system.  When the body’s energies are balanced we tend to feel good, happier and calm and are able to think more clearly.

Our thoughts and beliefs about ourselves and our experiences impact our emotions and overall health and well-being.  We feel emotions in every single cell of our body whether we are aware of it or not.  Anxiety, trauma and emotional issues and dis-ease arise within us when we are not able to release negatively stored memories, events and emotions. The wonderful thing about tapping is that is also an excellent self-help tool, which you use at any time to bring calm to your system.
